Buy Road Trip Amanita Mushroom Gummies
Road Trip Amanita Mushroom. Our other top picks all come from companies that offer a wide range of products like Road Trip Amanita is focused on mushrooms — and the product Amanita muscaria gummies are the strongest we’ve across.
Previously, when Road Trip only offered four-count pouches of these gummies (which are no longer available), the front of the packet noted that the whole pouch contained extracts “equivalent to 14,000mg or 14g of Amanita caps” as well as “3,500mg per gummy,” but that content doesn’t exist on the newer two- and eight-packs. Additionally, the “proprietary Amanita Mushroom Blend” has been renamed to “proprietary Ceremonial Mushroom Blend.” Even if the company wants to keep its proprietary blend completely secret, we would still appreciate knowing how many milligrams of the blend are in each gummy.
Because of all the recent alterations to Road Trip’s description and packaging of these gummies, we contacted customer service to ask if anything had changed since we initially reviewed them. While the formula seems to be the same, the company refused to divulge any dosing details, stating:
“Our Amanita Mushroom Ceremonial Blend represents our proprietary blend of amanita, tryptamines, adaptogens, and nootropics to create an enjoyable Road Trip product. Unfortunately, in our endeavor to craft a unique product, we are unable to disclose the precise active ingredients.”
It’s always disappointing to us when companies become less transparent over time. In the future, we hope to see Road Trip go back to at least sharing the potency details of its gummies. But as long as the formula remains the same, these Amanita gummies should still pack a punch.
Our experience with Road Trip
The shipping time from Road Trip was middle-of-the-road; it wasn’t the best or the worst. The gummies, however, lie on both sides of that spectrum. They were the best for potency — our testers found that Road Trip’s Amanita muscaria gummies were, by far, the strongest of the bunch. Some testers found that a quarter of a gummy, or even biting the corner off one, was enough to feel the effects.
However, these gummies were the worst for taste, in our testers’ opinions. Perhaps it’s the methanol used during the extraction, or maybe it has something to do with the ingredients in the proprietary blend, but the gummies are extremely bitter. As one reviewer on the Road Trip website succinctly put it, “Tastes awful, but effects are great.” (Of course, taste is highly subjective, so these gummies could very well be your favorite.)
Currently, only the Peach flavor is available on the website (this is the one our testers tried), but Watermelon and Raspberry options seem to exist based on the available lab reports. We hope to see the other two flavors available in the Road Trip store soon.
